the location was very convenient for getting to euston station.
the room i booked didn't quite match the photos i saw online. it also wasn't cleaned well, with dust noticeable on various surfaces. i found the lack of attention to detail disappointing, especially given the hotel's reputation.

the hotel provided free storage for my luggage both before check-in and after i checked out the room had good shower and nice decor with good lighting the staff communicated well via text messages the wifi connection worked very well too i had a late check out which was very convenient i also enjoyed the breakfast i am satisfied with my stay
the television in the room did not work properly the remote control was incorrect and even after replacement tuning was not effective with limited channels also there was only one usb port and it seemed old and unreliable

i found the proximity to euston station so convenient. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. i received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, it was a pleasant surprise. the room was warm and comfortable, i enjoyed my stay.
the reception felt a little impersonal at first, a warmer welcome could have improved the initial experience.

The location was excellent. Euston station is less than a 5-minute walk. I also found several dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful (especially the pastries!).

i stayed in a twin room and it was super clean.. the beds were really comfortable and i slept soundly for six nights. the staff at the reception were super friendly, they helped me with directions and recommendations. the breakfast selection each morning was amazing, there was something for everyone, even gluten-free options.
i found the water pressure in the shower quite low, it took a while to rinse off properly.

the location is fantastic! it's just a short walk from euston station. i found the check-in process quick and easy. my room was clean and tidy, and it had everything i needed.. i only stayed for one night, but i was comfortable. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
the room was quite small. i had trouble moving around comfortably. it would be great to have a bit more space for luggage and maneuvering.
